Talvo is built to be worked from a phone, not just looked at on one.
The web app on mobile
Open Talvo in your phone's browser and the interface adapts rather than shrinking:
- The inbox becomes a master–detail view — the list, then the full conversation, with a back button.
- The customer context panel becomes a slide-in drawer instead of a squeezed third column.
- Contacts becomes a card list rather than a wide table.
- Knowledge becomes a readable article list.
- Navigation moves to a bottom tab bar: Inbox, Contacts, Knowledge and your account.

Replies, assignment, status changes and internal notes all work exactly as they do on a desktop.
Notifications
You can enable notifications so a new or assigned conversation reaches you when you are not looking at the app. Notifications are per device — enabling them on your phone does not affect your laptop.
Native apps
Native iOS and Android apps are on the way. They are the same product rather than a separate cut-down app, so nothing you rely on will be missing when they arrive.
A practical note
If you work from your phone often, set your notification preference deliberately rather than leaving everything on. A shared inbox generates a lot of events, and notifications you ignore are worse than none.
