Talvo has a Free plan, three paid plans (Starter, Growth and Scale) and Enterprise. Every plan is priced per workspace, not per seat, so adding a teammate up to your plan's limit never changes the bill.

Using the AI assistant
- On Free, the AI assistant is included during the beta with 25 AI resolutions a month, at no charge. There is no card on file and no overage on Free: once the 25 are used, new conversations wait for your team until the allowance resets on the 1st of the next month. The beta allowance is temporary.
- On Starter, Growth and Scale, your plan includes its monthly allowance of AI resolutions (100, 500 or 2,000). Each resolution beyond the allowance costs $0.49.
- The cheapest way to get AI answers is the Free plan during the beta: 25 AI resolutions a month at no charge. If you need more than 25 a month, Starter ($49 a month) is the next step, with 100 included.
- Hand-offs are never billed. If the AI passes a conversation to a person, that conversation is not a resolution.
There is no separate AI bill and no API key of your own to manage.
What else changes between plans
- Free: live chat and two-way email, a shared team inbox with internal notes, the knowledge base and hosted help center, the public feedback board and changelog, and 7-day analytics.
- Starter adds the AI copilot (drafted replies, summaries and one-click translate), proactive campaigns and NPS and CSAT surveys, meeting scheduling and booking pages, 90-day analytics, and Slack, webhooks and the REST API.
- Growth adds routing rules, SLA policies and saved views, no-code workflows and outbound sequences, the customer data platform, the self-writing knowledge base, brand voice controls with per-workspace AI model choice, and 1-year analytics.
- Scale adds the Voice-of-Customer digest and ask-your-data analytics, the AI performance dashboard, automatic agent QA scoring, roles, permissions and the full audit log, priority support, and the AI Sales Agent at no extra cost.
AI Sales Agent add-on
The AI Sales Agent qualifies visitors, answers objections, books meetings and sends your payment links. It is available on any paid plan for $79 a month, or $69 a month billed annually ($828 a year). It includes 300 sales conversations a month, then $0.49 each. It is included at no extra cost on Scale and Enterprise.
Your billing month
On a paid plan, your AI allowance resets on the monthly anniversary of the day your subscription started. On Free, it resets on the 1st of each calendar month.
Seeing what you will be charged
The Billing tab in Settings → Billing shows your plan price, your included allowance, usage so far and any overage.
