You can move between plans yourself at any time from Settings → Billing. Nothing is locked to a contract on the self-serve plans.
Upgrading
Pick the plan you want and confirm. The change takes effect immediately: the higher teammate limit, the larger AI allowance and any newly included features are available straight away.
Downgrading
Downgrades also apply from Settings → Billing. Before you switch, check two things:
- Teammates. If your workspace has more members than the lower plan allows, remove the extra members first.
- AI allowance. Your included resolutions drop to the new plan's allowance at the start of the next billing month.
Moving back to Free
Free has no expiry and needs no card. Downgrading to Free keeps your conversations, contacts and knowledge-base articles — you keep the data, and you lose access to the paid features and your plan's AI allowance. During the beta, Free still includes 25 AI resolutions a month.
Invoices and payment method
Billing is handled by Stripe. Use the billing portal link in Settings → Billing to update your card, change the billing email, or download past invoices.
Canceling
Moving to Free is the cancellation path — there is no separate "close account" step for billing. If you want the workspace and its data removed entirely, contact us and we will handle it.
