The inbox can be filtered by assignee, priority, channel and status. A saved view is that combination, kept so you can return to it in one click.
Filtering
Filter by:
- Assignee — anyone, mine, or unassigned.
- Priority
- Channel — live chat or email.
- Status — open, pending, resolved, snoozed.
Saving a view
Once a filter combination is useful, save it with a name. Saved views are shared with your workspace, so "Unassigned, high priority" means the same thing to everyone rather than living in one person's habits.

Status chips versus views
The status chips along the top of the inbox are ad-hoc: tapping one filters immediately and clears any active saved view. That is deliberate — a quick look should not quietly redefine a shared view.
A useful starting set
- Mine, open — what you personally owe someone.
- Unassigned — the pile the team picks from.
- High priority, open — what to do first when everything is busy.
Deleting a view
Views can be deleted from the same menu. Deleting a view does not affect any conversation — a view is only a lens over the queue.
